Become a F-Tell Subscriber

  • Non-residents of the Russian Federation must provide one or more of the following documents:

    • National Passport;
    • Foreign National Passport;
    • Refugee ID;
    • Diplomatic Passport (for diplomats);
    • Service Passport (for diplomats);
    • Diplomatic ID (for diplomats).

    For legal entities:

    • Document confirming the applicant's authority to represent the interests of a legal entity (power of attorney or charter of the organization);
    • Document Copy confirming state registration of the legal entity in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
    • Primary State Registration Number of the Organization;
    • Taxpayer ID number of the organization;
    • Tax registration reason code of the organization;
    • Bank information of the organization;
    • Legal and factual address of the organization.

SIM card and Phone Numbers

  • To block your number, you must contact your F-Tell Customer Service by calling or writing on WhatsApp at +7 958 900 90 90, or by calling the short number 9090 (available only for F-Tell Subscribers).

  • Failure to use the paid services, by the Subscriber, within 90 days shall be considered a unilateral refusal, by the Subscriber, to perform the Communication Services, as per the Agreement, and may be a basis for disconnecting the Russian telephone number.

  • To become a F-Tell Subscriber, contact F-Tell by writing on WhatsApp or call us at +7 958 900 90 90. or by visiting f-tell.ru. You can also do it via F-Tell mobile app.

  • Yes. You can order a «Custom/Vanity number» at your convenience in your personal account on the F-Tell website.
    To purchase a «Custom/Vanity number» and to get its cost confirmed you can call on WhatsApp at +7 958 900 90 90, or call the short number 9090 (available for F-Tell Subscribers).

  • Yes. You can transfer your local or international number to your F-Tell SIM card.   • You can add an almost unlimited quantity of local, and international phone numbers to your F-Tell SIM card. Phone numbers of more than 90 countries and regions are currently available.

  • If you have several international phone numbers of one country, you can choose which of them will be displayed on your contact's device when you are calling their country. You can set a priority number in your personal account on the F-Tell website or the mobile app. For detailed instructions on how to choose a priority number, you can contact F-Tell Customer Service by calling or writing on WhatsApp at +7 958 900 90 90, or calling the short number 9090 (available only for F-Tell Subscribers).

Phone Plans

  • You can connect a new plan in your personal account on the F-Tell website or in the F-Tell mobile app. You can also contact F-Tell Customer Service by calling or writing on WhatsApp at +7 958 900 90 90 or calling the short number 9090 (available for F-Tell Subscribers).

  • No. F-Tell does not limit the duration of phone calls to its Subscribers. But, if you are roaming, the duration of phone calls may be limited by the mobile operator of the receiving network.

  • You can find a description of the plans and their prices on the F-Tell website on the «Plans» page or on the F-Tell mobile app.

  • Countries with local phone numbers united into a shared home space, where Subscribers can utilize calls, SMS, and Internet at a flat rate, with no extra charges. For a list of the countries included in the «Home Zone» please visit the F-Tell website or check out the mobille app.

  • The «Multi-numbers» service allows you to attach an additional number of any country to your SIM card. Each F-Tell package plan includes 2 numbers - 1 (one) Russian number and 1 (one) international number of the first category of your choice. The list of countries of the 1st category is available in the “Description of the Multi-numbers service".

  • Plan change is free of charge for F-Tell Subscribers.

  • Yes, communication services for F-Tell Subscribers are available in almost all countries of the world. To get more detailed information about the full list of countries as well as the billing policy in the country you are interested in, please check the «Cost Calculator» on the F-Tell website or via a mobile app. Also, you can contact F-Tell, Customer Service by calling or writing on WhatsApp at +7 958 900 90 90, or calling the short number 9090 ( available only to F-Tell Subscribers).

  • All plans include in their price, in addition to the voice, SMS, and internet services, the ability to add one additional number of any country of the 1st category. The list of countries of the 1st category is available in the “Description of the Multi-numbers service".

  • When a plan's service allowance has been exhausted, billing is applied based on consumption. The cost of calls, SMS, and Internet, above the plan price, can be determined on the “Cost Calculator" section of the F-Tell website or mobile app.

Balance and Payment

  • You can top up your balance in your personal account on the F-Tell website, via the F-Tell mobile app, as well as, in VTB and Sberbank mobile bank.

  • Yes. To do this, you need to enter the phone number of the Subscriber whose personal account balance you want to top up and make the payment on the F-Tell website. You can also top up the balance of the personal account of another Subscriber in VTB and Sberbank mobile bank.

  • To hear your balance, dial *100# CALL from your mobile device. To view your balance in your personal account visit the F-Tell website or the F-Tell mobile app. You can also check your balance by calling or writing to F-Tell Customer Service on WhatsApp at +7 958 900 90 90, or by calling the short number 9090 (available for F-Tell Subscribers).

  • The funds in your account run out when the allowance within the «Home Zone» package is exhausted or when using mobile communication services outside the «Home Zone» (calls, SMS, Internet). To get more information about the charges on your subscription, you can contact Customer Service and/or request itemized bills via the mobile app.

    You can view the list of «Home Zone» countries in the «Coverage Map» section of the F-Tell website or check the rates for communication services in countries outside of the Home Zone on the " Plans " page.

  • F-Tell works on a prepayment system.

  • VISA, MIR, Mastercard issued in Russia.

Miscellaneous

  • Make sure that data roaming is enabled on your mobile device and check your mobile Internet settings:

    • IOS: Settings> Cellular Communications> Cellular Data Network> under Cellular Data for «APN» must indicate: vtell
    • IOS (with another operator's eSim activated): Settings> Cellular Communications> Cellular Plans> Cellular Data Network> under «Cellular Data» for «APN» must indicate: vtell/internet.v-tell.com
    • ANDROID: Settings> SIMs and Mobile Networks> Access Points (APN)> New APN (Add). In the opened window the «Name» line must indicate: F-TELL> in the “APN” line: vtell/internet.v-tell.com. Save the changes. (Please note that the sequence of actions may be different for your phone model).

  • Make sure your personal account balance is positive. You can check your personal account balance on the F-Tell website or the mobile app.

  • Yes. You can use the F-Tell mobile app to manage your phone numbers, additional options, and plans.

    You can also:

    • Add an almost unlimited quantity of local, and foreign phone numbers to one F-Tell SIM card;
    • Send a request to transfer all your current local and international numbers to one F-Tell SIM card, preserving your contact information;
    • If you are calling a country not on your SIM card OR if you have multiple phone numbers in a single country, you can select a phone number that you would like displayed on your called parties caller ID;
    • Pay for communication services safely and efficiently through your personal account or set up Autopay;
    • Receive information about issued invoices, provided communication services, and control Internet traffic consumption;
    • Quickly learn about your plans and additional services;
    • Easily view, manage and edit your account information from anywhere in the world;
    • Learn about special promotions and offers;
    • Communicate with Customer Service and your personal manager via chat;
    • Receive discounts for F-Tell services.
  • Download the F-Tell mobile app either by visiting the F-Tell website or in the App Store / Google Play by typing «F-Tell» in the search bar.
