“Delivery of SIM card to Subscriber”

  1. The service is available for current Subscribers and potential Subscribers – individuals and legal entities.
  2. «SIM card delivery» service is provided free of charge in case of replacement of the old SIM card with a new one due to technical reasons on the part of F-TELL.
  3. The cost and terms of the service, please contact the Support Service at +7 958 900 9090.
  4. The cost of the service - the total amount as a one-off payment - is deducted from the client's account.
  5. Refunds after ordering the «SIM card delivery» service are not available.
  6. The delivery is made strictly to the address indicated by the client at the time of order by any available ordering methods.
  7. The delivery is made on the day indicated by the client as agreed upon with a F-TELL employee. The delivery time is counted from the moment of payment for the «SIM card delivery» service.
  8. If a courier hasn’t picked up the parcel yet, the client can postpone the date and time of delivery, informing in advance the employee of F-TELL by phone at +7 958 900 9090.
