Dear Subscribers, We inform you that due to restrictions on the operation of a number of payment systems in the Russian Federation, from March 10, 2022, the ability to pay for F-Tell communication services with Mastercard / VISA / AMEX / JCB cards issued by FOREIGN banks is temporarily limited. Please note that payments for F-Tell communication services using cards issued by RUSSIAN banks, as well as using cards of the China Union Rau payment system, are carried out as usual, without restrictions.
