PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Connecting and servicing Premium segment subscribers;
Supporting subscribers at all stages of resolving queries;
Support for constant communication with subscribers;
Calculation and agreement with the client of commercial terms and conditions for tariffs
and additional services;
Participation in the development of the area, including assistance in creating
regulations, procedures, filling the knowledge base;
Ensuring cross-functional interaction within the company.
